Onboard Electrical was formed on the Gold Coast in 2015 bringing together the electrical expertise and industry experience of directors Mark Bunker and Ben Wellings.

Onboard Electrical (OBE) is a trusted and well known marine electrical company, catering to all your marine electrical needs, from repair, service and installation to custom designed electronic components.

 

Servicing clients from both the private and commercial boating sectors on the northern end of the Gold Coast, OBE deals in all areas of electrical and electronic components, in vessels of all sizes and types. 

 

Onboard Electrical began life as the sole electrical contractor for boat builder Elandra Yachts and quickly became an established business and one of the major players in the marine industry on the Gold Coast.  Within 6 months Onboard Electrical moved into its current workshop at Runaway Bay Marina and began attaining marine electrical and electronics dealerships and have since taken on apprentices to keep up with the growing demand.

 

Onboard Electrical have the knowledge and industry network to support all your Marine Electrical and Electronic needs whether your vessel is 10ft or 100ft our team can have your vessel repaired, updated or re-wired. We also have our own internal electrical designer and can produce CAD drawings for new builds and re-wires.
